Starting Plants Indoors

Zone 3 is where we are located, this means we have a growing season from roughly May 15th to September 15th and temperatures will go as low as -40 C in winter. This means that if you live in a different zone, there may be different starting times for plants you are growing. Make sure to consider when your growing season is, and if plants will be viable in your area. These are also suggestions that have worked for us, and may not work exactly the same for your garden. Take into consideration what you are capable of doing, and whether these timelines fit your schedule. They are flexible to some extent.
