We are currently not open for appointments, but have events. Make sure to visit our event section to see when we are open to the public.

Are you a petting zoo?

The clear cut answer would be no, but in a sense we are a petting farm. We do not raise baby animals each spring to have as attractions, and then dispose of them at the end of the season. Instead with offer forever homes to animals in need, instead of sending them to slaughter or other unfortunate fates.

Can I just drop in?

No, we run by appointment only.

We do our best to not buy animals, and accept surrendered animals in need. But the world isn’t as black and white as some people make it seem, and there is grey area so some things are case by case. An example would be taking on an animal from another rescue and helping to recur costs they incurred for care and veterinary bills.

At over sixty animals we spend over $2000 a month for their care. This only includes the basic necessities such as food, water, hoof trimmings and vet visits.

Are you currently accepting animals?

Due to increasing costs, our operating budget has quadrupled, so at this time we are providing optimal care to the animals we have and cannot add to our herd.
